I have the same Problem, how i can get the Skull? Im at the second run with my Character and need the 30 additonal will.

You don't get it in cruel

If you need more Spirit, there are two options.
1. Look for a good Solar Amulet. It has +Spirit 2. Some armor pieces (mostly Chest piece) have +Spirit as well Otherwise you will get be getting 100 Spirit from Standard and Cruel mode combined. |
