At this time, it is not applying the 50% increased passive buff to the small attribute choice nodes.

It excludes the travel nodes, no way it's intentional. |

" Huh? It specifically says it does NOT include nodes where you can select an attribute. Edit - Turns out that the way the passive works is that once enabled, it actually changes the visual numbers on the passive tree whether you have the small passive enabled yet or not.
