Disenchant vendor Soft-lock bug

Opening the disenchant interface with any vendor and then opening a fullscreen window like Cosmetics, Skill tree or world map will soft lock your character in place.
You can't move or do anything. It's fixed by exiting to character select and relogging but nothing else works.

Could replicate this with 100% consistency on all disenchant vendors and all screens that take up the whole in-game window.
