Buffer Underflow Exception

The client crashes with a Buffer Underflow error message.
I got this error in the second zone of the third act, then every time I try to enter the game with that character making the game, at least momentarily unplayable. Same here. Was fighting the boss in the 2nd zone, and got a buffer underrun every time I log in. I assume it will be the same when the instance resets.
