Lost 17 coins to guild donation

Hello.

2024-09-08 16:54 I have donated 17 coins to guild balance.
A success pop up appeared and my balance was decreased from 265 to 248, but the guild balance hasn't changed.

I think I've encountered a bug of sum sort. Can my balance be restored?

I am also a member of this guild. I also donated 17 coins a little before Nyite did it to our guild, of which I am the leader. My coins were written off, and the balance of the guild increased from 0 to 17. However, I checked the notifications on the site and I received a notification that 17 coins were received by the guild from the user Nyite.

The time of the first transaction I mentiond was in UTC+3.
Laster that day (2024-12-08 23:24 UTC+0) I made another transaction of 32 coins to guild balance and again just lost them.

In total I've lost 49 coins to this bug. Can you please give them back or explain where threy went?

Sory, we didn't know that the donation must be accepted by the guild leader. After confirming it in https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions guild balance increaced as expected
