Lost all my POE1 DLC (stash tabs) - not in POE2 either

Hey I thought I was supposed to keep all my stash tabs for POE 2 but I have ZERO.

I redownloaded POE 1 and my account is now completely deleted because of your POE2 account system. I lost all my stash tabs in POE 1 and characters, but I dont care about the characters anymore.

The stash tabs is stolen money though, I want them back and added to POE2 like they are supposed to be. The steam account system was fried on the first day and said I didnt have an access key. I assume this account system ruined my POE1 account too and is no longer associated with my steam.
