POE 2: Help, constant stuttering with CPU spikes

All of the sudden since late night yesterday my game has been stuttering badly with CPU spikes showing every second or so, even while the game is paused, even when I'm dead as well.

I did not have any issues on launch, this started suddenly yesterday and I'm not sure what's the reason behind it, any help would be appreciated.

My rig:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12-Core

GPU: RTX 3080

32GB RAM

Same but i get less severe cpu spikes.
I had the same problem in poe 1 and it was something reletated to a cpu core state called c if i remeber correctly, but disabling it would shorten cpu life so i didn't do it

did you ever find a solution to this?
