Prevents Recovery Above 50% (actually 35%)
The max recovery is much less than 50%, I believe it's about 35%.

This is still happening.
The monster modifier "Prevents Recovery Above 50%" is causing recovery to stop at 35%. |

Also happening to me.
I believe its related to the low life threshold differences between Path of Exile 1/2. The rare monster modifier reads "prevents recovery above 50%" but is likely coded to prevent recovery above low life. This is equivalent in PoE1, but would stop recovery above 35% in PoE2. Either the text of the rare monster modifier needs to be updated or the behavior needs to be changed to be consistent with the text. |
