Failed quests items - POE 2

I found 2 type of items and them still in my stash. Its mushrooms and idols from act 3.

When I am finish act 3 and try to go back and finish these side quests, I found the problem((
When I come to act 3 its on old time 400BC and after use portal to current time where all NPCs its teleport me to act 4 (first but 45lvl)

Am I lose some important rewards from these quests?
How I can finish them?
