POE2 - Soul core of Qpiloti

Playing Titan slammer - EQ, Supercharge Slam, hammer of the gods, Perfect strike, leap slam.

I slotted the soul of Qpiloti into my mace to see how the bleed chance feels on the weapon and skills, and I have not seen a single bleed proc from this. Been spending about 10 mins on the spires of deshar boss fighting it to farm a bleed proc and I've not seen a single one. Can someone on the team check if the item is working properly? Either I'm unlucky or the chance is abysmally low. Will come back to update on the acquirement of new Ailemt chance nodes and if any procs happen.
