Act Transition Cutscenes have no Audio

Just beat act 2 and on the transition to act 3, I noticed that the cutscene that played had absolutely no audio. The same thing happened when I went from act 1 to act 2 as well. All my audio settings seem fine so it doesn't seem to be something I'm doing wrong. This should be fixed before release as the lack of audio makes a transition that should be badass fall entirely flat. I hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks in advance :).

TLDR: No audio on act transition cutscenes in Acts 1 and 2. Seems to be a reproducible bug. Plz fix.
