Chronomancer Temporal Rift spirit cost bug

Temporal Rift has buggy interactions with supporting auras slotted in.

I have 160 maximum spirit. 120 is reserved by Blasphemy+Enfeeble+Hypothermia, another 30 is reserved by Arctic Armour. Now if I slot in Clarity on Arctic Armour I am using all 160 spirit reservation and Temporal Rift is working as intended. If I however swap Clarity from Arctic Armour to Temporal Rift, Temporal Rift becomes unusable due to "Not enough spirit", although the Clarity remains active giving me extra regen. But I can no longer use the rewind ability.

same here. I have 75 spirit, with 60 spent on Cast on Freeze. Trying to socket a +10 spirit res support gem disables temporal rift
I have something similar in that since I have temporal rift and only 60 spirit I cannot activate Cast on Freeze.

instead I run SRS for 30 spirit reserved and temporal rift with clarity for 10 more spirit reserved, and the abilities work fine, but if I add vitality to temporal rift as well to use up 60 spirit I get both buffs, leave after images and can use SRS but cannot use the active ability for temporal rift.

Its all a little bit inconsistent, or poorly explained, or seems bugged.
