Mercenary Skill (Galvanic shard) Issue after reload

Galvanic shard has a problem with the reloading. After the character done reloading, it does not fire when i pressed. I need to wait like 2 seconds only he can shoot the skill. Unlike other skill such as fragmentation round. It can shoot directly after reload.

Came to the forums looking for something about this issue, driving me nuts and its only this specific skill that I've noticed.

You need to wait 2 seconds (2.39, actually) because for some reason the skill has a longer reload time than others. Idk why, but I can at least say that much, it says so in the skill pane.

Noticed the same, this might be a bug, or should be written in the description.

I find that if shooting doesnt start while holding the LMB i need to click it once again (other words: when reloading finishes when you still holding key binded for using that ability. sometimes you need to release it and click once again).

But it can be also an issue with longer CD than is written at tooltip.
