Invisible/broken prefix mod 'Light-footed' on Seal Relic base item

I got an ilvl 22 'Light-footed Seal Relic' as a reward choice at the end of my first Trial.
It was magic rarity with no mods on it (but was called 'Light-footed Seal Relic', so I tried augmenting it, and got 'of Worth' suffix. Attempting another aug says 'no space for more mods', and the item is called 'Light-footed seal relic of worth'.

I'm guessing the 'Light-footed' prefix is not implemented or working correctly, or is just invisible.

I got two of these as well, after augment mine ended up as:
This started out blank and became:
Light-footed urn relic of access
this started out with of unyielding and added Light-footed
Light-footed urn relic of unyielding
