2 days, still can't log with steam /merge account

Anyone still have this problem ?

don't see communication from GGG about that


1)Purchased key on poe store , redeemed my key and put it on steam .

2)When i want to log on steam " no purchase" message error

3) When i go to my poe account ,steam is unlinked , i want to link again but says : You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.

4) managed to log only with their client but no more microtransctions from poe1 , it's like my account is "new"

Pls help , 2 days , no patch , no news , did i miss something ?

i'm the only one who can't log on steam? :-(

Well, almost the same, and support still hasn't replied for 2days.
For me It's the wrong Steam account that is linked, I need to link another one instead but you can't unlink yourself (why?? so stupid).

In your case, you don't have any microtransactions? no stash tab either? Because login with a standalone or steam version doesn't change anything microtransaction-wise. It's bound to your Poe account anyway no matter which client you're using to launch it.

Do you have steam no purchase connection problem too ??


I read your post , seems we share part of the problem :


I mean my actual poe.com account seems to be a "new one" , i have nothing on it , no steam linked ( wich i can't link because of my message in first post)

Problem is : it was always the same email/account used since 10 years .


actually on poe1 it works fine with all my microtransactions .i had them in steam history .
Poe 2 said i need to purchase a licence

I log here , i have the licence , the redeem key is already activted on my steam , but i can't log/link


Like if there is two account with same mail , and no answers since two days too

I can't even try to login because the Steam account linked to my POE account is wrong. And I don't want to buy a key for the Steam account that is currently liked or on Epic Game.
I was actually using POE1 standalone before, when I started POE1 it wasn't on Steam yet and I just kept playing directly with the standalone. I liked a Steam account a long time ago because I received a gift on that account back then, that was my only use and I don't use that Steam account otherwise.

Yeah you can't log if the link isn't done. You said when you log to POE.com it looks like a new one. Do you have your history here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/transactions

Because even things you buy through Steam will appear there (BTW if you can better to buy directly on POE.com than Steam if prices are the same for you).

Also you tried to login to POE2 using both versions? the standalone version and the steam version?

Other thing, can you login to POE2.com? The account name is the same? (Aazariel#3293?)

I have almost the same problem 2 days can't enter the game,but i'm playing on geforce now my days are going by only 1 month subscription and i can't login without steam on geforce now

- je ne vois aucune micro transactions sur le site , a part mon achat de poe2 , mon historique je ne l'ai que sur steam

-quand je me log sur poe2.com c'est bien le meme nom

franchement je sais pas quoi faire , ils répondent pas, communiquent pas

ca déprime , j'ai claqué des centaines d'euros et heures sur le 1 , tout fonctionne bien

j'utilise le meme mail pour le compte depuis 2012 ,

Je les trouve light niveau communication

En effet remet un click et permet de delink relink un steam
Je pige pas qu’ils te bloquent avec si peu ….

Oui steam et poe sont sur le même mail

Par contre quand je vais dans connexions : je n’ai rien de link, ni steam ni rien
Et quand je clone sur link ,ça me dit que mon steam est déjà link ailleurs en gros


Mais ce mail est le même utilisé depuis 12 ans justement j’ai cherché l’historique des mails poe dans ma boîte mail

En fait la mon poe est ok sur steam ,mais en gros je peux pas revenir à la source
