Cosmetics not showing up in game

Hi guys,

Just have a slight issue here, bought a supporter pack to get access to the EA for POE2 from GGG, linked my steam account.

Linked my Twitch account and did the drops.

Everything is showing up under my account on site, but in game it just says you do not have any microtransactions and prompt me to go the in game shop.

Did anybody experience this?

Can support help me resolve this please.

Just some more information.

I have an order poe1 account that's merged to this one.

All purchase and twitch drop rewards are on this new account.

If it is the issue that I'm playing on my old account and everything POE2 cosmetic-wise I've obtained are on my new account.

It is possible to request a transfer from my new account to my old account?

All points are on Smiter#6693 my new account instead of the old account I'm playing which is SulimeDuo#3963 too.

Same issue here, applied the flask skin from twitch drop, as well as the pet and halo helmet skin, but that’s the only one not giving a visual when used.
