Ziggurat Encampment texture blinking

Same, just logged in and it's happening on a massive scale only at the zuggarat town. So glad i don't have an Epilepsy issue.
Same thing is happening for me. I drained the water around the same time the game was patched so I wasn't sure what was causing it.

Settings:
Resolution: 1440p
Upscale Mode: NIS
Render Resolution: 77%
Triple-Buffering: Off

Setup:
CPU: Ryzen 5800x3D
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: RTX 3070
SSD: 2TB Samsung 990 NVMe
I think this may be a bug in DirectX rendering. I am using Vulkan and do not see this issue.

2 of my friends are having this issue and are using DirectX

I get very inconsistent framerate with DX12 renderer since I'm running in Linux.


Setup:
CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
RAM: 32GB
GPU: RTX 4090
SSD: Samsung 960 NVME
OS: Nobara (Fedora)
Client: Steam Version using GE-Proton7-55

I am on Windows and been using Vulkan since I started and I have this bug, don't think its related to DirectX, at least not on Windows.
same issue with blinking texture.

Only happens in this encampment, and happens any time when in town regardless of quest progression.

Hmm... I wonder if its related to texture quality then?

Here are my settings:
Having the same issue. Got a temporary fix by changing the Texture Quality from High to Medium in the graphics settings.
This issue is also happening for me.
the problem is, it's only blinking on that area, all other are fine, there must be some double textures (maybe water until dry out), I have no idea, i compare that to double texture on hideout in Path of Exile 1, it's also similar blinking, after remove doubled texture problem solve, maybe GGG must just fix that one, dunno.
This has also been happening to me.
