Unable to access PoE 2 EA due to Steam Link misconfiguration

Hello,

There's a problem i cant solve for myself.

I have 2 accounts: 1 old, that i have for PoE 1 and linked to Steam a long time ago

and for PoE2 - NEW account was created, and key purchased from the website. I have added key to Steam, game appears in library but i cant access it - on login i see message that i have no access to EA.

It seems that i cant use my NEW account due to old one already linked to my current steam acc.

How can i unlink account so i can rebind? I dont really need my OLD account (this one) so unlinking, deleteing and so on can be a viable option.

Please help asap, this is very important to me. Thanks

Exact same thing happened to me. This is my old account. Support can you please unlink my Steam so I can link it to my new account that I purchased EA with???!!!

I also want to unlink my account from steam.

Wrote an email to support but no aswers yet, maybe gotta get lucky here.

Been trying to look into this when it wouldn't let me link mine either to find out it had an old steam linked as well. Also need mine unlinked to be able to link my new one with the EA on it.
