Flask Refiling

THE PROBLEM IS UP TO DATE - GGG you should do something: I have a refilling Transcendent Flask with 0.25 charges per second - the problem: It takes exactly 35 Seconds to get ONE charge back. In a very hard boss fight, thats a huge problem....

It seems, GGG doesnt care about that bug, if it is so long existing now....
