Flask Refiling

So seeing issue with flasks that apply charges per second are not applying once the flask hits 0 - this wont then auto refill even though should be 0.2 charges per second
However moment i die it then seems to 'catch up' and show flask 20% full or similar and will continue to refill whilst i lie there dead, but during the boss fight (dreadnaught) once my life flask hits 0 the recharge doesnt work.

seems to work whilst charges left in flask, but if it gets to 0 the auto - refill doesnt seem to carry on ticking until a refresh (ie i die)

i dont know if this is a bug or not. when my life flask is at low lvl it doesnt refill when i kill mobs. any help would be great

I second this my flasks are not refilling from killing, assume the threshold is set to low for the value of the mob to make a charge for the flask.

Went the round of spending way to much currency to get a self filling flask and at one charge every 5 seconds, flasks are taking about 15-20 seconds to gain a single charge. My mana will fill from empty to full and i will still sit there waiting to get a single charge on the flask to engage the next pack of mobs. Does not feel ARPG like to kill wait kill wait or have to teleport to town, kill 4-5 packs teleport to town. Current skills costs 25 man have mana pool of 396 and gain 10 man on kill, or should, I am not receiving that mana either.

I have noticed that same thing with the standard health flask, not even a magic one. If it goes empty, it is like it ignores all kills now and I could kill 30 mobs and get actually no flask charges at all. Nothing. This sucks when you are in a boss battle and run out of health flask. At least with poe1, you get more flasks to use.

This annoys me because at least they should make the flask gain faster if you get roughed up and screwed with only being able to use one flask. This is what makes the game frustrating. This one should be a priority because its not those youtuber uber streamers that are playing this game, its us common peasants that get screwed over.

GGG make this a priority please? This shouldn't have even gotten past beta with that issue. Don't use people that make money and know everything, use people that dont know everything, they are going to be the ones to find these sort of issues out.
I've found a similar issue especially in drawn out zones like the Dreadnought where checkpoints are pretty rare...it seemed to me that ANY time I encountered a rare enemy that drained flask charges, my flasks would drop to zero instantly and then just never be able to recover until I went back to town.

It was almost as though the flasks kept on draining after they hit empty, ending up with a huge negative number of charges, so any kills just brought it closer to zero but never refilling it.
I have similar issue in endzones fo act 3 starting at Utzaal then after. I have message "Refill at the well in town" first time I'm using a potion and then the message stays permanently. Starting by then Iam gaining almost no charges by killing monsters. 3 or 4 packs of mnosters are don't give me not even one charge.

I have the issue confirmed by a friend invited in my party who reproduced it on the zone.

I tried other zones like act 2 and don't have the issue there, the message "Refill at the well in town" is not present everytime on other zones.
same thing is happening to me. just confirmed. needs fix.
Bumping because yes, flask charge generation is still bugged at the moment. Pretty bummed by this as pathfinder is already a somewhat lacking ascendancy.
