Missing skill points (PoE 2)

During campaign act 1 after completing quest(cant remember wich one) it was like lvl 5 cause i got no space in inventory for item that grant these points.

same here, i lost one skillpoint

same problem here i checked all the quests/bosses that drop the skill books and i still miss 2 points

Missing 1 passive skill point here.

Missing two points and even when follwing chasing all white skull in over and udnerground and doing bosses more times, I never found them, we need the /passives command back!

I'm having the same issue, at 112 points lvl 91 (instead of 114), missing x2 points. Also some Quest markers in the map are highlighted (not completed status) incorrectly. The Azak Bog Witch icon will not turn off, no matter how many times I kill her. We need a way to find out which quest's responsible because they all seem completed :S Tried to rerun some, but to no avail. Missing those 2 is giving me anxiety/delirium >.<
