Soft-locked Toon in Red Vale Cruel Mode

My char got soft-locked after attempting to enter red vale in cruel mode. Attempting to log in on that char in the red vale results in a loading screen then dc'ing to main menu. Can't play on that char now.

Edit: After several hours and verifying the integrity of the files, I am still stuck in a DC loop and can't play that character. Incredibly disappointed.

Edit 2: Issue resolved with hotfix.
