Happening when I try to use Transmutation Orbs, Scroll of Wisdom and now the quest item Gembloom Skull as well. Probably safe to assume it is just all items that you can use that cause this. For more detailed information, I do beta testing for $75 an hour. Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 6:57:07 AM

I gambled a magic Focus with only one magic mod on it and tried to add one with the orb and I get this message every time as well in Act 2.

Also have problem with crafting in act 2 - with same message while using regal orb.

Also having the same issue. The Hooded One is the only way to identify my items.

This was happening to me too. I closed the game and went back into it and it's working okay now, but still worth reporting.
