The Molten Vault Boss Getting stuck In the Lava Can't Loot Quest item.

When i was fighitng the Boss Mektul,the Forgemaster i used Lightning Warp to Execute the boss which gets u stuck in the top half of the molten Lava and you can't get access to the loot on the ground as the end of the Lava Wave Hardens and acts as a Wall (You can move freely in the harden lava but no where to go.)

Even if you portal out and run back the Crane that lowers you in no longer works so no way to get the loot/Quest item.

Not sure if the bug is exclusive to Lightning Warp as it teleports you to the Mob and culls it which is in the Lava.

Same problem, in same time i defeat boss and died and cant reach quest item

Same problem here. I used Lightning Warp and got stucked in the solidified lava.
Tried everything already even respawn at checkpoint.
Now the hammer of kamasa is in the pathway of the boss right next to the checkpoint but i can't pick it up even though i have the "A" to pickup displayed next to the item (i am using a xbox controller).
