Character soft locked trying to load in to game.

I am in act 1 of poe2 and every time I clicked on Mausoleum of the Praetor my game would load for a second then crash but now it says I'm in the Mausoleum and it insta crashes every time I click play on this character. Anyone know any fixes?

Things I have tried
-Updating drivers
-changing the renderer
-Lowering graphics settings
-Verifying game files on steam
-Full reset pc
