The operation could not be completed

I am trying to make my magic bows a rare using regal orb, but I can’t, I am getting an error “the operation could not be completed”. Also I want to mention that crafting items using all existed orbs has the same issue.

same issue, only full game reload helps

Same issue. Happens with wisdom scrolls, augs, transmutes.
Waypointing to a different zone fixed for me one time. | |
