Endless loop when loading Ziggurat Encampment

Getting disconnected and unable to join back after finish second trial and joining back Ziggurat Encampment. Able to create new character and play but when using main character, it keep disconnect, stuck in an endless loop of loading to Ziggurat, disconnect. Please help to fix this, it's a showstopper.

I'm having the same issue. I can log into another character, but cannot log into my main in Ziggurat Encampment.
It's been days since the original post. Was there any fix or a solution for the problem? |

I have the same issue right now, I did 3 maps and went back to camp. Now I am stuck on an infinite loading screen

Hadn't played in a while but was getting excited for the update on the 4th. Having the same issue. Started a new character but still a bummer. 70 hours into an infernalist and poof it's gone.
