Created new character can't leave camp to Clearfell

new level 2 character unable to leave to clearfell. tried restarting several times unless its not letting me leave because the game thinks I skipped a tutorial spot

I too created a second character and am stuck in the encampment. I can't pass through the door to Clearfell. Nothing happens when I approach or click on the door.
