Cannot login to character Ziggurat Encampment

I was disconnected when trying to port back to Act 3 Ziggurat Encampment. When I try to log back in, I get a few seconds of loading screen then I disconnect to the login screen. I can access other characters. I just need my character sent to a different location or something. Please help.

My Witchhunter softlocked after entering Ziggurat Encampment. Got the disconnected error and return to login view. I suspect my char clipped somewhere in the meshes or terrain and cannot spawn correctly. Please fix ASAP, my new character is working fine.

It is the same on standalone and Steam.

Having the exact same issue :

I Teleported back to ziggurat encampment in act 3 on my Witch and got an "unexpected disconnection occured" and keep having this issue when i try to select this character again.

I created another character and could play it.

Tried changing settings/ graphics/ FPS / Renderer. Nothing workes.

Same issue for me. When trying to load character I get 'An unexpected disconnection occured.' error and booted to login screen. I am able to load and play other characters fine.

Character was Act 3 (Cruel) and TP'ing back to town after finishing the Matlan Waterways quest when first disconnected.

I have encountered the same problem as you, where the new character is normal, but the old character is in the replica and cannot log in. Request official handling.

Having this exact same issue.. clicked on the waypoint/tp to Deshar and was disconnected during loading screen. Have not been able to get back in on that character, can make an alt and log in just fine

I am having the same issue. It cropped up when I tried to portal back to ziggurat encampment on my Gemling legionaire. I submitted a bug report from my account on a new character(which functioned normally), and the reference ID is 1,871,232,045.

After a 30KB update just now, and verifying game files, the issue fixed itself. Unknown which part fixed it.
