Spirit Reservation Bug?

I'm also having the same issues. I have 80 spirit and can't use the 60 spirit reservations.
Same here, I have 60 spirit, all from bosses, but it won't use Cast on Freeze. If I right click it, it says I don't have enough spirit.

edit: this worked for me after slotting a spell in the gem.
It looks like it's a visual bug which persists until a skill is slotted in. It has nothing to do with spirit.

Turns out my problem was not a bug but I hadn't taken into account an aura ability that was toggled on that was using 30 spirit.

This just reiterates though how difficult it is to track spirit whilst enabling auras and minions. There really needs to be a spirit guage somewhere!
This is the same bug I have essentially. Its the Clarity. In my case I have Vitality supporting my Life Remnants. I also have Skeletal Mages set to 2 with like 148 spirit, and srs. Vitality should use 20 spirit, and it reserves 20 spirit when I slot it in. However if I do not leave another 20 spirit available it won't activate. Thus Spirit support gems are actually using double the spirit. Both reserving 20 and then requiring you to keep 20 unreserved. In my case if I add another Skeletal Mage it immediately disables Life Remnants saying not enough spirit.

This may not seem like much, but in order to get the 20 additional spirit I have to find like quality on my scepter... Or run around with 1 less Skeletal Mage. its a rather large effect on the Blood Mage who really needs Vitality to counter the Ascendancy Nerf.

There literally is a spirit guage on the mana orb. Its the bar next to the orb...like ES is next to life.

This is basically the same problem I'm having.

I want to put Herbalism into Life Remnants which already has Vitality in it taking up the 20 spirit. I have 3 Skeleton Warriors reserving 88 Spirit and Vulnerability in Blasphemy taking up 60 for a total of my 146/177 spirit. I should have 31 spirit left and the bar confirms as such, but when I equip any gem into Life Remnants it deactivates, I can also add another skeleton warrior but LR also deactivates even though I have 9 left after adding a 4th skeleton warrior.

I've tried various combos of and orders of inserting and reinserting to see if it was just a glitch calculating but nothing seems to change.
