Unlinking account from Steam

Hello,
Is it possible to unlink my account from Steam? I created a new one for POE 2 and I redeemed my early access key on that account and now I am stuck being unable to link it to Steam. I really want to start playing :< Thank you in advance! Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 11:50:02 AM

I need to have two accounts merged, but a temp fix could be to detach steam from this one. An email has been sent. Thank you for chugging through all of this.

Seeing as there won't be a response by support soon, can you verify that if I stat playing on the standalone client and later link my new account with Steam the progression will carry over?

I need this done too, I cant play at all because I use geforce now and they only have steam version. My pc cant run the game so no standalone. I sent an email yesterday but I just got a notice from gmail that support cant accept anymore emails :(
