[SOLVED] Demon Form [Infernalist] Aborts on Spell Cast with Spell Level >= Demon Form Level

I am using Essence Drain with Demon Form currently and it worked alright, at any point however it kicked me out of the Demon Form on every ED cast.
After a while I figured out that if I equip an ED gem that is of a lower level (e.g. lvl4) I can again cast it properly in the Demon Form.

My Demon Form is level 8, as long as I use an ED < 8 it seems to work while using an ED >= 8 it kicks me out.

Is this desired? I doubt it, the entire Demon Form text does not say anything about this situation.

I'm having pretty much the same issue. My Demon Form is level 8.

However for me when I upgraded Essence Drain to level 7 I can no longer use Demon Form (as in I get shapeshifted out)
Same goes for Contagion as soon as I level it to level 7 I could no longer use Demon Form.

Same problem here.

Level 7 Demon Form only works with skills with up to 6 points from skill gems. Reverts to human form immediately on cast. +Skills from equipment don't seem to affect it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

was wondering why demon form suddenly stopped working, but yes, i upgraded my ed/contagion

For the love of god hotfix this asap. It is beyond annoying to ascend and not be able to use the entire thing you built your passive tree around and be doing 500% less damage because you can't use the thing you built your entire build around.

I am Having the same issue, but now with fireball and all other fire spells. They hit lvl 12 and now i cant use any spells in demon form else it send me out instantly. It works with my lvl 7 bone cage spell, but no firespells is allowed.

Same here I can only use one spell. All the others kicks me out of Devil Form. Hope they hotfix this soon.

Same thing here too, I was wondering why my Mana Drain was kicking me out of the form, but checking I noticed that it was a level above my demon form.
