Didnt resive a uncut Spirit

Hi, I tried to get my Uncut Spirit Gem as a witch in Freythorn. But unlikely i didnt resived it. I dont know why, maybe because they there were server issuese at the moment and i also got kicked 2 times. Hopefuly you can help me with this soon.

Same, I was a Ranger. I remember browsing the ritual token exchange page after finishing the fight. Then my client closed. I did not even realize I was supposed to pick up an Uncut Spirit Gem. I do remember picking up a loot that I used to +30 Spirit.
