Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

Been waiting for a fix.. they're awfully quiet for a bug that has 89 pages.

same same didnt get quest item killed boss multiple times and cleared area etc | |

Also have the Djinn Barya lvl 56 in my inventory saying to take it to Trial of Skhemas. Clearing the Traitor' Passage as mentionned in the Quest, but no way to ascend (already have 4 points).
