Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

I thought I was getting insane, but it seems like a bug. Damb, hope it will be fixed soon.

Same here, on Cruel difficulty you cant progress then ascendacy from 2. Done both a sekh trial and ultimatum, nothing works and i am stuck on only 2 points. Even though i completed trial with 2 floors and ultimatum with 7 rounds.
