Skill not selectable to skill bar (Spark)

Spark (lvl 2) is not equipable, and does not show up correctly.



But if I add my level 1 spark from a gem I can select it, but not sure if it uses the correct leveled spark.



Maybe it's a bug with "Trigger spark on kill a shocked enemy"?

I have the same problem with lvl5 spark

Update: I was able to replicate the bug with arc skill, it's a problem with assigning skill to a specific weapon (if both are selected everything is working fine, but if only one is selected, you can't select a skill to the bar + UI is getting bugged so you can't change selected weapon )

I was also able to found a workaround: when I bricked arc skill my UI was still fine so I selected back both weapons, changed the skill to spark with open panel showing selectable weapons and changed usage of skill to both weapons for the spark skill

I have the same problem with spark, woraround dosent work.
