Horn of Vastiri quest item [Titan grotto]

Hello, I didn't get a Horn of Vastiri when i bring quest item from Colosus. My char progression is stuck I guess

Found your post while searching for same issue, the quest needs some clarity but basically you have other quests that need to be finished first. I think 3 bosses needed to die before you get the horn.
