also had this happen - but how do you get unstuck? i can't leave the boss battle, she can't hurt me, i can't kill myself? restarting the client kept me in the boss fight. is there some trick people are using on this bug?

Same issue and I can’t find respawn at checkpoint button at the escape menu in traditional Chinese version. Bug number in Taiwan server is 196-932-2865.
