XBOX - The Salvage table does not work at all and constant game crashes when loading into new zone

As title says, the salvage table in town simply doesn't work and the game crashes pretty consistently when I try to load into a new zone - this can be from a portal, a doorway, a stairwell etc.

It happened a lot less really late last night (when I assume most people were sleeping and the servers were less crowded).
