Sunder is not breaking armor with Anvil's Weight allocated from Warbringer

Title basically explains itself, Sunder has Fist of War, Lacerate, and Heavy Swing socketed. Breaks no armour at all

Yes it is pissing me off as well. Hole reason i did this set up was for that and it dose not work worth with any armor brake supports or assends

It's unclear to me if Anvil's weight provides passive armor break for skills that are not armor breaking skills - or simply behaves as a 10% buff to an existing armor breaking skill based on your hit damage.

its not explained but it has the "payoff" tag that says your cant inflict the debuff it consumes.
