Boss - Jamanra The Risen King - bit unfair fight

This boss is bit annoying ..
First, he talks too much .. spam lines too fast, repeats them within few seconds

Second, he does 3 little slash attacks in a row, normally they are easy to dodge, but sometimes he does it extremely quickly, probably just bad timing but i cannot dodge them .. tried it like 50 times at this moment, he keeps hitting me with this quick version. Even if he is on the left and i am on the right side of the arena ..

Then he uses laser, also weird .. hits me and i dont take any damage.
I dodge it, i am not in the laser cone, yet i take full damage .. i have 50% fire resist, 450hp, one shots me.
There have been cases where he shots it lets say north and i was south, it still hit me.

Then he uses explosion area fire spell .. it affects the whole zone, there is no escape (EDIT: learned now that i have to stand in the middle, but not enough time to enter it)

The fight also starts in unfair state .. he already has charged attack and the second i enter, he shots at me .. so far i have not been able to dodge that attack and not take damage from it.

I personally couldn't see where to go during the sand blast phase. The bubble is the same color as the sand, there should be a voice line like Zana during the Shaper fight. "To me, exile!" would be nice.

had the same issue with the laser bolt thing. i bumped up my lightning resist as much as i could and that helped quite a bit. i did notice that i could roll and visually be out of the path but it would still hit me. not consistently though. maybe 50% of the time.

eventually got past him by being patient and running into the center for the large arena filling attack.
