Leech is not applying

I used the rune for weapons that gives physical leech and it does not apply, also got a mod on my gloves for physical leech for mana. Neither of which are applying. Basic attacks have physical damage on them and do not apply leech.

Playing Ranger, Deadeye ascendency

Same here, monk with quarterstaff. Mana leech from runes in weapon is not applying.

same here, just got ascendancy 2 in monk leech is not working, build bricked for now until fix

Same here with the life leech rune on my crossbow

Wow all leech is not working? And here I thought it was just blood mage that was bugged, since I can confirm I'm not healing from spells.
