where is my points

I purchased Path of Exile 2 - Faridun King Supporter Pack from Steam. However, my required 1000 points do not appear in the game. When I wrote to support, they told me that my points should be on the website even if they are not in the game, but my points do not appear on the website also . Please help.

Hi there,
Just to clarify, your points should be visible on our website as long as you are signed into the same sub-account that you made the Supporter Pack purchase from. If your point balance isn't being accurately reflected in Path of Exile 2, the team are aware of this bug and are looking to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you should be able to confirm the points are in your account from our website, as well as do any microtransaction shopping from the Shop Tab on our website. And if someone started playing on the wrong sub account and wants points and purchase transferred, is that possible?
