Earthquake Feedback

Earthquake is nearly pointless IMO because most of the times the mobs are dead long before the skill goes off. The higher level the skill gem does not reduce the jagged ground duration. I can't think of why any one would want to use it. It feels like someone was trying to waste my time. I don't have a lot of good things to say about the skill because I just don't see any good reason to use it and I've been using it for the last 2 hours with the reduced duration support, I skill kill the mobs faster than the Jagged Ground erupts.

I could not believe how much faster rolling slam did damage on the Mudworm boss. I thought I was going to die, then I started to use Rolling Slam and his HP just dropped and I was left wondering when Earthquake is going to start to do be useful like Rolling Slam.
