locked out of progress after dying

I died in The Grelwood and later left the are. Now I cannot zone back in at all, I just get the message:

"You cannot rejoin this area after dying"

This persists through relaunching the game, and prevents me from progressing through the act at all

Having the same issue, I can't enter Ogham Manor getting the error "You cannot rejoin this area after dying" restarting the game did not help
