Black Bars getting added on top and bottom of screem

Hey all,

for me black bars get added to the screen at the top and the bottom cutting off some of the UI.
When I switch the renderer in the display settings the whole screen is viewable but then 1-2 seconds later the bars get added again. It doesn't matter which resolution or Fullscreen/Windowd mode the bars always get added after the loading screen with the gears.
I am playing in 2560x1440 resolution.
Anyone can help me please?
