Latency/Ping Spikes in every zone

Started playing PoE 2 today and noticed that I am suddenly getting massive latency spikes where my latency goes from 60-70 all the way to 200-300 while playing the game. This causes the game to visually lag (I literally see projectiles go in slow motion) and stutter.

What do I do to fix this? Because it's pretty much made PoE 2 unplayable.

I have the same issue, some people said that using a VPN fixed the issue. I haven't tried that yet.
If you get it fixed somehow let me know

Was playing just fine, but yesterday got same thing. I guessed it has been some servers outrage, so I quit playing for a few hours, then came back and it was fixed indeed. Today it started again, though, and been about 3 hours this far. One thing I noticed that I'm getting high latency anywhere BUT towns (player hubs).Inside hubs its 2-3 ms, outside = 40ms minimum, usually spikes between 80 and 160, with up to 1000+ freak jumps.

Oh, and also I've tried playing PoE 1 to see if maybe it's the servers (guessing same servers maybe) , but it's buttersmooth 1-3 ms there.
