Can't cut duplicate gem on controller

There's no button I can press on controller to cut a duplicate support gem, even when I have gem restriction option unticked.

I have no problem cutting the duplicate gem on mouse and keyboard however, but it's a not ideal to have to log in/out to cut a gem then go back to my preferred control scheme. Here's some screenshots to help:
