Can't leave the First town.

So the game wont let me leave the first town. I can create a character and play the riverbank section just fine. and enter the Clearfell Encampment and every think works just fine. but once i try and leave it and enter Clearfell I keep Disconnect to instance, and trying to load the character again gets me stuck on a infinity load screen. Game do not freeze or anything just gets stuck loading not getting any connection time outs or anything of the sort. just a infinite loadscreen. What i tried to fix it sort it out so far is lowering all the settings, enabling Engine Multithreading, Reinstalling and switching from the standalone client to the steam one. swapping what drive i got the game installed on, Tried bot ssd and on hardrive, tried swapping Gateways multiple times and keep having the same issue.
