Minions wouldn’t spawn at times with scepter equipped with skeleton minions.

Minions wouldn’t spawn correctly when I had a scepter equipped with skeletons. They stopped appearing in red vale. Swapped weapon slots and they reappeared for a minute only to disappear. They started working again like they should in the glen.
